EnvisionFest Hartford debuted in 2012 as Connecticut’s Capital City Festival, an event featuring over 100 free events, activities, and performances. This event was created to showcase Hartford’s abundance of history, arts, extraordinary cultural wealth and its tradition of innovation. The idea was to provide an opportunity for people of all ages to discover and celebrate the capital city
